Contact with DeNA about crashs

Hello,

Just to say that I have send a mail 3 days ago to DeNA to say how many I am angry, cause many crashs and lost lots of tickets.

Today they answer me with a addiction of gems. I don't know exactly how many I have before (maybe 30-40) but now I have 250 gems.

So if you have a problems, I suggest you to contact DeNA, and don't forget to give your GameID.


PS: In my message, I have also writing my nervousness about the changement for durasteel, but without surprise they didn't response of this part of my mail.

I just got my belated reply from them today, and they said they've been getting a higher number of complaints as usual (gee I wonder why).

I complained about the crashes and the waste of event tickets, and they told me to reinstall the game or restart my ipad. Hm.

Sent a ticket in on Monday, this is their response (happy for now):

Hey, 

Thanks for your email. 

Our game team was recently made aware that a number of players are experiencing connection issues and crashing similar to what you're reporting. They're working on a fix and will have an update for you soon. In the meantime, I was able to credit your account with some gems (I think they added 64) as compensation. 

Regarding the Durasteel Pods, our game teams always appreciate the opportunity to learn from the players. While I can't promise your suggestions will be implemented, I will absolutely make sure your voice is heard.

I've been having crashing issues as well. They responded the same way by giving me gems, but never mentioned my complaints about the durasteel pods. I'm glad your comment got through!

You guys seem to get lucky with responses that they are actually doing something, forrme they have only said they are working a solution.  then nothing...

If you keep replying, you can keep the ticket alive, or start a new ticket.  Their response times could stand improvement with 5 to 10 days being typical. I just got my Amidalas, they gave me some gems to offset crashes, but there are still some other "but for your bugs and glitches, DeNA, my account would be like this..." issues.

Finally, after 3 replies, their fix was 150 gems.  no answer yet on the bugs and other planets....

as an update this is what they said about Kashyyyk:  in short no one really knows!

Hey Jay N,

Thank you for writing in and providing your thoughts about adding Kashyyk, while I can't say for sure I do know this request has come up many times! So I am glad to add your voice to the mix :) Just to clarify, I am with the DeNA support team here and we are very separate from the Star Wars game development team who is responsible for creating and maintaining the game itself and for any and all in game decisions. The way that works is that a lot of our games are developed by external or internal groups of game developers and DeNA then handles the support, social connectivity, integration of accounts, etc. Sorry for going off track a bit, I just wanted to make it clear so you know who you are speaking to as I think that is important since a lot of the feedback and frustration we receive is over things like events and in game changes and those are things that only the game team can adjust or would have implemented without giving us a heads up. The way I can help with things of that nature is to help get the words of players like yourself to them by forwarding certain tickets to them as feedback.

Now with that said I have passed this ticket on as feedback as is, and if you would like to add any additional feedback, suggestions, complements, critiques, etc that you may have in more detail I'll respond appropriately based on what I hear back as I want to do whatever I can to assist.

Drthjitter, what did you say to get your 6 Queens? Did you rank 2-3 and not get them? Or did you complain about crashes and inability to compete, and they awarded them to you?

I told them I came in second place in the tourney and the amidalas never came.  I got nothing. That's a known bug to them and I think if you came in second or third in that tourney, then they will fix it for you. They sent me six discrete amidalas in six in-game mails. I still have no Hondo solution and that irks me because I don't have Hondo or Cradosk and they're both ranged, which I favor. Those are two champs I'd be interested in leveling on dark.
